New-ish Construction, Falling Trees

We recieved a delivery of building materials from Copeland Lumber in Newport (Thank you for delivering!!). The excessive contamination we endured with pasteurizing the straw needed a solution. So we decided to build a small shed in which to pasteurize the straw in the barrel, but also to have an encloded cabinet in which the straw could cool overnight without attracting excess contaminents. The shed shell is done and covered with building wrap to keep out most of the rain. I have some rolled roofing to put on top, along with a few metal trim pieces, but I am waiting for a drier day so we don't capture too much moisture under it.
We extended the roof over the mushroom house entrance for an awning to block some of the rain when moving back and forth. I have the plytwood to finish the front wall, but am going to design and build the 'cabinet' that will hold the draining and cooling straw first. We also have to install the wiring out there to run a small fan for ventilation and possibly cooling the straw through a filter. As winter days are short, a light might be handy as well. A couple temperature probes will also be added for monitoring the barrel temperature and the outdoor temperature.
The straw that was pasteurized at correct temperature and time, did well growing the mycelium through it. So we have to concur that it is not too difficult if you follow the recommendations. Even without high winds or ice storms, we still have the occasional tree falling across the road that needs cut out before we can get through.
